Caffé Graziani133 Washington Street, Salem, Massachusetts 01970
Thirty-five years of restaurant experience that spans the globe make dining at Caffe Graziani a special treat. Giovanni is a native of Piglio, Italy, a small village located 30 miles south of Rome. He speaks 4 languages, having worked in France, Great Britain, Germany, Hong Kong and, of course, Italy. He came to the United States in 1989, with his Boston-born wife, Paula. Together they opened the Caffé Graziani in Salem in August of 1991. Since then, the business and the family have grown to be a North Shore landmark destination.
