Sarah Seminski: Front woman for Boston based “Sarah and the Wild Versatile” and long time collaborator with Nephrok and the A-Beez, Sarah is a well-known Boston-Based singer/songwriter and North Shore favorite who’s been likened to powerhouse vocalists Gloria Gaynor, Teena Marie, and Janis Joplin. Over the last five years, Sarah has released 2 full length albums (with Big Ol’ Dirty Bucket) and 1 EP (with Vanilla Manvelope) while steadily performing across the Northeast sharing bills with George Clinton and the Parliament Funkadelic, Booker T Jones (of Booker T and the MG’s), Ryan Montbleau, Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds, Rusted Root, Kung Fu,Tracy Bonham, Zach Deputy, and other national and international touring acts. www.wildversatile.com
The A-Beez: Critically acclaimed as: “…the mightiest funk unit in Boston” and “…funkiest couple on the planet,” Amy (Bowles) and Aaron Bellamy (The A-Beez) began developing their own unique blend of hip-hop, jazz and soul in 2003 as core members of the Sam Kininger Band. Since then, the A-Beez have co-led a ten year residency at Boston’s renowned Wally’s Jazz Cafe, and have also performed with artists such as Chaka Khan, Cody Chesnutt, Martin Luther, Cee Lo Green, Akrobatic, Elan Trotman and many more.
